I get much more out of your program than I have gotten out of spinning classes at fitness clubs.

The program and the classes are fun. Excellent equipment and instruction. After each class I feel like I’ve achieved a level of effort and performance that I did not know I had in me. It’s inspired me to ride more often outside of class as well.

Being able to measure the amount of energy I’m exerting at each point during the workout, and to analyze my performance over the course of each workout has enabled me to understand my benchmarks and work toward actual improvement. Since my performance is measured, not just based on how I feel, I find that I push myself harder and then I can see the results of my effort.
Working in the smaller setting of Rick’s studio has enabled me to get to know each of the other participants, and to have lots of interaction and support. Rick is very supportive and gives lots of good advice – it’s like working with a personal trainer. I’ve learned some techniques that have been very helpful when I’m riding on the road.

I’ve been training with Rick since September. I can’t say enough good things about Rick and his methods. He puts an incredible amount of thought and effort into each training block. Because the classes are very small, the amount of individualized attention is top notch. He is very motivating in his teaching style as well. Everyone comes out of each class pumped and ready for the next one. Even better, he tests our threshold power at the end of each training block, and without fail, ALL of us have seen improvements in our power output.
